    As part of the new accountability program recently implemented by the state of California all school districts were required to develop an accountability program focused on eight (8) priority areas related to student achievement.  Specifically these areas of focus include: 

    1)     Basic Services (Teacher Quality, Instructional Materials and Facilities)

    2)     Implementation of the Common Core State Standards

    3)     Parent Involvement

    4)     Standard Achievement

    5)     Student Engagement

    6)     School Climate

    7)     Course Access

    8)     Other Student Outcomes (Local Measures)

    The Board of Trustees are being asked to approve the District’s LCAP at their regularly scheduled meeting tomorrow evening.  The plan is available for review on the District website at the following link:
