PCAs part of the Network Technology Maintenance Dept. it is my goal to assist users with technology, from software to hardware.  While one to one assistance is often provided, it's not alway possible.  To make it easier for users to access often used information I have written a brochure which covers many technical subjects.  It is a work in progress and is currently under revision but contains answers to some of the most often asked questions.  Please use it.
